In order to best support our clients, with each assignment we provide a single point of contact from a Senior Consultant who manages every stage of the assignment from inception through to completion.

We also provide regular reviews and feedback as to how each assignment is progressing. Honesty is essential to effective recruitment and we always give clients constructive feedback at all stages.

Right from the initial contact with us your consultant will start to build a detailed knowledge of the competencies, experiences and background you seek. RHL invests considerable resources in training our Consultants to perform a high quality individual service to suit each client's recruitment requirements. With an assignment delivery rate of over 95% and an excellent candidate retention record, we have a very strong level of repeat business with our clients.

We will also need to understand the cultural and softer skill qualities that all too often ensure a successful appointment. Our key aim is to reduce each client's management time by delivering a shortlist of three to five candidates for each assignment who are qualified to fulfil the role and also critically have a strong synergy with the client's culture and management style and are motivated by the client opportunity.

With cradle to grave responsibility for the assignment, your consultant will draw up an initial 'long list' and begin exploring the market for possible candidates. We will utilise our existing network as well as fresh approaches in the market place.

Potential candidates will be screened, assessed and interviewed against your agreed brief. Following our assessment we will present a suitable short list of candidates who are both competent and culturally suited to your vacant post and your business.
